About: Since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1975, David has specialised exclusively in taxation. His experience and expertise in tax planning at both corporate and personal level is extensive and includes all aspects of personal tax and estate planning, remuneration planning, advice to OMBs, mergers and acquisitions, share valuations, and international and cross border issues. In addition, David has significant experience of negotiating with the Inland Revenue at the highest levels. Much of his considerable corporate experience was gained whilst working at Grant Thornton and Arthur Andersen, after which he spent a number of years as the senior tax partner for a major London practice, advising on a broad spectrum of taxes and tax related issues. David joined Oury Clark to head up the firm’s tax practice following on from his appointment as Tax Partner in 2001. Along the way he has developed a diverse range of interests including golf, gardening, reading, horse racing and music ranging from opera to R n B.
